Overview

The importance of a website in maintaining stable conversions is very important. However, there was a drastic decrease in sales on the Tiento website with a high bounce rate indicating there are unsolved UX problems. Everything tried to increase sales such as product innovation and marketing promos is not able to increase conversions purchases on the website. Stakeholders realize there must be deep evaluation is needed especially in UX. To solve this problem

Co•Iki is Tokyo’s Art Living Space for artist collaboration all around the world. In 2020, Co.iki initiate remote collaboration with 8 artists (Hongkong, Japan, Ukraine, Singapore, Indonesia & Nigeria) for 8 Months.

Observation Summary

Using design thinking method to solve Tiento UX Website that attract more than thousand visitor every day.The result Redesigned website

Using hotjar data & Heurestic evaluation detected 5 major and 6 minor problem in Tiento website that effecting sales and trafic.

User Pesona

Malik is a 23 year old daily worker. From he was a teenager he really loved football to all the stars and football leagues he would know it. For his daily sports needs he trusts domestic products. He wants to buy sports products with cheap, quality, safe and comfortable. For this reason, for Malik, a brand website is very important for him to use the website intuitively and feel comfortable in using it‍

Proposed Solution

A redesigned flow & layout of the website. Create a consistent and responsive design.

A redesigned website made from heurestic evaluation data. Added more new features and more consistent hierrarcy from brand guide line.

Typography

Our website uses Placard as the primary typography. SF Pro Text for H4, H5, H6, & paragraph.The font is open-source font & free on Google Fonts.

Color Palette

Tiento already has a color palette for their brand. To make more intuitive and engganging tiento experience.We make Tiento branding across are consistent in all platform . Using main color pallete from Tiento Brand.

Leason Learned

The importance of awareness of the importance of UX. directly affect the health of the business. The leader for web development is recommended to be more focused on UX & UI on a regular basis. So there is an iterative team or process that takes place on the web. In decreasing sales, errors are not always present in the product or marketing, sometimes even a small error in the navigation system can reduce sales by up to 50%

Further Improvement

Tiento branding is focus on Tiento tagline #ConnectYourPassion. The key consistent brand color & super graphic accros all online banner & print. improvement ux navigation added new features more consistent in line with brand guidlines raising user awareness improvement user interaction added new section article FAQ
